I have made payment, so how
can I receive the picks?
After your payment has been processed and confirmed, you
will receive an email from our admin support team. Picks
will automatically be sent by SMS text to your mobile and
another copy to your email inbox, up to 1 hour before match
kick off. You will receive the picks right from our UK
tipsters, using a UK registered mobile number. This is to
differentiate from other scammers in Asia, trying to pass
off as UK tipsters.
Can I pay using Western Union or Moneygram?
We apologise that at this moment, we only accept payments by
credit cards, debit cards, Moneybookers, PayPal and limited
bank transfers only. Due to the complications of processing
payments via agents in other countries, we cannot accept
such payment modes. However, we will continue to expand our
payment options regularly, in order to be able to serve more
members in new countries.

Can I request for a trial picks before I join your
service?
We would love to offer free trial picks to any genuine
visitors, who wish to try out our service before joining.
However, due to numerous cases of abuse, we have decided to
stop all request for free trial picks. We regret any
inconveniences caused.
How many picks do you have per match day?
Our group of tipsters only select the best 2 picks per match
day, in order to maximise your bet returns. We insist on the
highest quality picks from our tipsters, so that our members
can enjoy the very best picks and winning margins, in the
long term.
How much is 1 picks in other currencies?

Do you have any discounts or special deal for new
members?
In order to be fair to all members (we treat all members
equally), the price stated on our website apply to all
members, regardless of existing members or new members. By
doing so, every single of member would feel being treated
equally and fairly, in a consistent winning environment.
Can I buy picks on a weekly or monthly basis?
We would love to accommodate long term members, however due
to tight pricings we paid to our UK tipsters, we need to
maintain a certain level of revenues, in order to continue
serving our members regularly. Therefore, we are unable to
offer any long term discounts for bulk purchases.
Do you provide telephone support operator?
Doing so will only add to our rising cost of operations in
the UK, and would not be beneficial to our members. Our
email support by our admin support team has performed
superbly since 2007, every single match day without fail. So
we see no reason to add to our very tight budget now. After
all, the members are the actual one paying for whatever type
of support we offer, as we need to increase the picks
prices.
